ABA therapy is a research-based approach that helps children develop important skills such as communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and behavior regulation. Our clinical team creates individualized programs designed to support each child’s unique needs and help them succeed at home, school, and in their community.

Once the enrollment documents are submitted, our intake team will begin reviewing your referral and preparing the next steps for services.
1. Complete Enrollment Forms
Submit the enrollment documents through the website or QR code.
2. Initial Assessment Appointment
One of our clinical assessors will contact you to schedule a meeting with you and your child. During this appointment, we gather information and begin developing your child’s individualized ABA program.
3. FBA Submission for Approval
Our clinical team completes a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and submits it to your insurance provider or funding source for authorization.
4. Scheduling Services
Once services are approved, our scheduling department will contact you to find a therapy schedule and start date that works for your family.
